Excellent location in Los Angeles

Close proximity to the tram, airport area of Burbank/North Hollywood, and Burbank airport. Modern and brand-new rooms with various facilities like a work desk, coffee/tea maker, and flat-screen TV with cable channels

tastefully decorated room with a king size bed, shower, as example and free of charge and freshly prepared breakfast to start the day. the breakfasts with decent options.

Cold breakfast.

It was overall clean with very friendly and genuinely helpful staff at reception desk. The location turned out to be particularly good and unbeatable, near to stores, the nearest expressway and Bob Hope Airport.

the staff are outstandingly accommodating and affable. 2. Had a very nice stay for a night. 3. Make sure to get a queen room with a king-size bed and refrigerator. I had a great experience at Best Western Burbank Airport Inn in Los Angeles. the staff there were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help.

Our room was silent and reasonably large, available with shower, the a/c and the bathroom.

The breakfest is good and the hotell is nearby the bus stations which help me in the transportation in the Burbank

There is nobody help in the carrings the luggage or help in the reservation of taxi or shuttle

The staff at the front desk were very amiable and super-friendly, and the location of the hotel is excellent being close to the airport and other areas.

The room was spotless with a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a writing desk.

Magnificent and easy location relatively close to Iglesia Fuente de Vida. Based in a lovely area. Amazing building and rooms with comfortable bed. Ample parking and incredible breakfast with decent options.

The hotel was very good and the breakfast was good to. cereal toast pasteries etc

The area is not great, a few shady characters around. a bit far out from everything but if your driving its not a problem.

It was great that my double room had a spacious bathroom, the breakfast had a good selection of freshly cooked options, and the location was very convenient for me to walk to all the places I wanted to visit.

There is no staff in the breakfast room (all self service). But that comes with the low budget concept, so no problem.

The hotel interior had a very classy appearance. I also appreciate that I was able to self park for free. The hotel's internet was also very fast.

I dealt with two different employees to check in and one more at check out. There was an issue with their credit card machine and I had to pay a cash deposit. In the morning when I checked out, it was clear that the staff had not communicated the issue and in order to get my cash deposit back I had to press the employee to look for my paperwork. I did eventually get my deposit back, but it was very disconcerting to see the lack of communication regarding cash deposits.

The breakfast here is freshly cooked and offers sausage, bacon, and waffles; this place also has recently renovated rooms with comfortable beds, showers, and refrigerators.

The design and layout of the hotel rooms are very beautiful. Very clean hotel.

Room was clean with ample space. Bed comfortable, bathroom oversized.

Location deep in the older section of north hollywood/burbank. Neighborhood is a little rough and somewhat noisy at night.
